Produktbeschreibung

FamILens® is an evidence-based model for analysing the impact of policies, services, and practices on family relationships.   Developed through engagement with the U.S. Family Impact Lens model and progressively adapted to the Italian context, it is built on six guiding principles that help orient public policies, personal services, and corporate welfare towards positive outcomes for families. Grounded in a substantial body of empirical research, including studies on family social capital, intergenerational relationships, generativity, and family associations, FamILens is also a registered trademark, reflecting the distinctive development and application of the model in Italy. It offers scholars, practitioners, and policymakers a valuable framework for designing and evaluating family-sensitive policies and practices.
