Timber Structures and Natural Disaster Resilience

Different natural disasters occur in different locations around the world, often as a result of local conditions. Timber has become increasingly popular in construction, as a renewable and sustainable material but timber structures are often particularly vulnerable to natural disasters and therefore should be designed for effective response and repair.
