This two-volume set LNCS 16528-16529 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 28th Iberoamerican Congress on Progress in Pattern Recognition, Image Analysis, Computer Vision, and Applications, CIARP 2025, held in Bogotá, Colombia, during November 25–28, 2025.
