This book provides the first comprehensive treatment of the governance framework for credit institutions and certain investment firms introduced by the Capital Requirements Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD IV) in response to the global financial crisis and progressively refined most recently by Directive (EU) 2024/1619 (CRD VI).
