Evaluation of Library Business Support Programs

This book introduces a Program Technology Evaluation Framework for selecting digital technologies for library program evaluation and provides detailed guidance on implementing KoboToolbox for program evaluations. Libraries increasingly rely on monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate impact, improve services, and support evidence-based decision-making. However, selecting appropriate digital technologies for program evaluation remains challenging, particularly for libraries with limited resources and varying levels of evaluation maturity.
