Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Nano Electronics Research and Education (ICNERE2025) Joint with the 27th Takayanagi Kenjiro Memorial Symposium

This volume brings together cutting-edge research spanning semiconductor nano-devices, advanced materials, sensing technologies, radiofrequency systems, power electronics, quantum networking, artificial intelligence, and language engineering. Rooted in the core principles of electrical and electronic engineering, the contributions demonstrate how nanoelectronics continues to bring together and mix naturally with intelligent, interconnected systems.
