This book includes peer reviewed articles from the 2nd Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) Conclave (DAEC2026) held on January 14–18, 2026, at TIFR Mumbai, India. It highlights advancements in the diverse applications of nuclear science and allied technologies developed in various Research and Development Units, Public Sector Units, and Aided Institutes under the DAE, Government of India. As India’s leading scientific department, DAE has made significant contributions to several national and international programs. In light of the department’s progress over the past seven decades, DAE has initiated an annual conclave to celebrate its scientific achievements and strategize for the future.
