Beratung an den Schnittstellen von Flucht, Migration und Behinderung

Flucht*Migrant*innen mit Behinderung sind oftmals von komplexen Diskriminierungen betroffen, die sich auch im Hilfesystem zeigen. Als Reaktion werden zunehmend spezialisierte Beratungsangebote geschaffen. Die Autorin untersucht, wie Berater*innen sich in den Angeboten als handlungsfähige Instanzen positionieren und Komplexität, widerstreitende Anforderungen und Herausforderungen der Beratung verhandeln.
Refugees and migrants with disabilities often experience complex forms of discrimination, which are also evident in the support system. In response, specialised counselling services are increasingly being created. The author examines how counsellors from these services position themselves as capable actors, and how they negotiate the complexity and conflicting requirements of counselling.
