Mamre: Accompaniment Capabilities for Catholic School Leaders

This book addresses the critical need for sustainable, effective leadership support in Catholic education through the practice of accompaniment. It presents a research-informed framework of four key capabilities: Presence, Relationships, Awareness, and Contemplation (PRAC), that support leaders' wellbeing and effectiveness while enhancing their capacity to advance mission in Catholic schools.
