Living Anionic Monoaddition of Organometals Using Flow Microreactors

This book focuses on the synthesis of sequence-defined molecules through selective living anionic monoaddition enabled by flow microreactor technology. This work aims to overcome the limitations of conventional synthetic approaches in achieving precise sequence control and to establish a general strategy for sequence-defined molecular construction. By exploiting the exceptional mixing efficiency, precise control of residence time, and efficient heat transfer provided by flow microreactors, this book describes how highly reactive organometallic species and living polymer chain ends can be precisely controlled under continuous-flow conditions.
